I get cast as characters you feel like you already know — the uncle, the neighbor, the accountant. Think Richard Kind–type character actors: recognizable, grounded, and human, bringing warmth, humor, and specificity to the story.

I earned my MFA from Tisch School of the Arts, received my Equity card while still in training in the Off-Broadway musical Wonderful Lives, and after graduating worked professionally in musical theatre and cabaret, both on tour and in New York, including The Lord Loves Music.
 

I then spent many years in financial corporate life, while continuing to write and perform. Samuel French published my play Skin Deep, which continues to be produced internationally. My performing during this period also included a musical about recycling directed by Gabriel Barre.
 

A few years ago, I returned to acting full-time.

Since then, I’ve appeared in over a dozen independent films — features and shorts micro-budget, low-budget, and student.  Recent screen work includes The Lonely Isles, cited at the SoHo International Film Festival 2025, and On a String, opposite Eric Bogosian and Dylan Baker, a recent winner at the Tribeca Film Festival.
 

Recent theatre work includes My Father’s Play, a new musical; Hidden, a well-reviewed drama dealing with the Holocaust; Fringe Deaths (Off-Broadway); and Rhinegold, a Jim Steinman musical featuring André DeShields. Other New York productions include The Cherry Orchard, The Two Noble Kinsmen, All My Sons, and two popular productions at the Metropolitan Playhouse: State of the Union and The Poor of New York.
