These images began as a way of exploring roles, plays, and theatrical worlds that have mattered to me. Some connect to work I’ve actually done; others are speculative — a way of entering productions, characters, and visual histories that have lived in my imagination.
They are not records, exactly, but theatrical portraits: part memory, part wish, part rehearsal, part dream.
