The Blue Suit

Two college friends, Kerry and Doug, find a special suit at a thrift store ahead of an important formal. Imbued with confidence, Kerry hits it off with his biggest crush. We cut backward in time to the previous owner of the suit, Sam, on the day of his senior prom. We learn that it’s his dad’s–and he decides to wear it proudly. We cut backward one last time to Sam’s father, George, who gets the suit new before he leaves for college. George returns to the family farm to say goodbye to his older brother Darryl. Teary eyed, George prepares for the rest of his life.
